Hi guys I’m currently loosing weight have a good workout routine but wondered if my bum goes smaller than I’d want can I do certain exercises to build my bum but not gain on my thighs? I want slim thighs 😅

Weighing less in the evening
Hi guys Does anyone else weigh more in the mornings? I can weigh a good few pounds lighter in the evenings than I do in the morning after my first wee! Anyone know what this means?

Not loosing weight
Hi guys Can anyone help me please, I’m on a 1200 calorie a day diet and putting what I eat into my fitness pal properly so definitely no hidden calories and I generally go to the gym 3 times a week (had a 2 week break and went yesterday again) but I’m stuck at 9.7stone or a few pound above 😤😤 why aren’t I loosing weight?…
