Right so.....I think it’s my scales! They are in the bathroom. When I weigh myself in the morning it’s pretty chilly in there...I’m 2lbs heavier! If I weigh myself when the scales aren’t as cold I’m 2lbs lighter. Reading up apparently digital scales get temperature sensitive 🙄🤦🏽♀️ soooo I’m going to try and leave them in…

I’ve been doing slimming world since November 2018 but didn’t measure my calorie in take (was a lot more than 1200 as I ate a lot of “free food”) yes I’ve only been eating 1200 calories a day for one week now.
