Bulk and cut VS lean muscle gain
What is your approach to getting that shredded beach body? To bulk up and then cut back the fat, or to build muscle and cut fat at the same time?

Hey everyone, just got this app, about a month ago I got back into weight training after several years of neglect. I also have been cleaning up my diet quite a bit, almost no sugar and NO bread! Never felt better. Feel free to add :)
