I need help... Struggling with food
Today was bad and I think I have a problem. Is food counseling a thing? Should I look for a therapist? I'm ashamed of what I've eaten much of the time and just hate it. Has anyone ever gone to counseling about food or had someone supervise their habits?

I eat a pescatarian diet (no meat except fish).
