Mondays Week 2 PW: 204 CW: 206.8 This past weekend was lousy. Yesterday I ate nearly 4,000 calories and hardly any protein. I was feeling pretty bad and still sort of do, but I guess all I can do is try to make this week better.

I'm embarrassed to say what all I ate today but it must have been double my daily intake or more. Water is a good place to start. I just feel like I need someone to tell me exactly what to do and motivate me.

Today was unusual, yes, because I was helping clean out my grandma's condo after she died a few weeks ago. A bit emotional I guess. I've been trying to eat better for as long as I can remember. I need to inventory how often I lose it like this. Good idea.

Week 4 PW: 204.4 CW: 204.2 Weight is such a funny thing! I weigh myself every day to keep on track and yesterday I was down to 202! But this morning I was back up to 204.2. I guess it's that fluctuating water weight!

Good morning! Figured I'd drop a quick intro. I lost some weight while on WW back in 2017, but then they started changing the program and it didn't work as well for me anymore. Since then, I've been gaining and losing the same 5 pounds when really I have around 50 I need to lose! So here we are! Thanks for the add!

If you're being that strict calorically and not losing weight - maybe something else is wrong. Have you been to your doctor lately? Had any bloodwork done? I'd check on your thyroid and see if your doctor has any suggestions for bettering your metabolism.

So I subscribe to the $1 snack club with SnackNation and they've sent me some cool snacks. One of my favorites right now is Torie & Howard's Chewie Fruities. They're like organic starbursts! There's nothing artificial in them and they're super tasty.
