Ready for September, been stuck at 252 too long! With scale just once a week, I know it just hasn’t been stuck, but has actually been going up and down, while I was traveling and in a car so much. But I know if I was not tracking, and at least trying to make healthier choices, it would have stayed up. I am also sure that when I am tracking, there are a lot of hidden calories in restaurant meals that are not being tracked.
Last week, I neither played tennis or quilted, so I am not going to wait for September, starting now I am making healthier choices and living up to my name by playing tennis and quilting!

Going in the wrong direction. I was over a pound lighter yesterday so hopefully this is just a blip. I've been struggling with depression and lack of motivation for the last few weeks. I'm still eating good food.....just a little too much....not walking enough either.

@CindyJNC1963 I can understand that, you've been through a lot recently. You've also had so much success to date, if you have a little bit of maintenance for a few weeks while you're dealing with the issues you've had to deal with, I don't think that there is really anything wrong with it. I think that you have to be in the right frame of mind for this and sometimes we have other things that take us out of it. Weight loss isn't easy, neither is any of what you've had on your plate and at some point, something will have to give, and you are still really staying the same, which isn't bad considering.1 -

Nutrition in range. 64 g of fiber, lots of fruit and veggies!
Exercise Yes. 40 minute walk and 100 minutes doubles tennis
My challenge for the next two weeks is not watching every tennis match from the US Open. With cameras on every court, I could watch 12 hours a day and not see everything. And end up with a good weight gain from being stuck in a chair! So instead of watching I will be making an effort to get on the court as much as possible.2 -
