💬Comments: I feel like I’m back on the right track again after a couple weeks of not making the best food choices. Over the past couple of days I’ve managed to stay under my calorie allowance and I’m proud of myself for that. I’m going to start logging my meals the night before again and weighing out my portions the night before also.1 -

Happy Friday Team!
Super excited, daily post later, but today has been a very very exciting day for me (and apparently my coach). I set a goal 1 year ago (nearly to the day) of hitting a 90 lb (41 kg) Snatch and today was the day. Soooooo excited and so is my coach, and now the entire gym as they all heard him.
My last 3 Snatches, 2 of which were PRs.(the little arrow on the right takes you to the next video if you didn't know that)
So stick with it, you will get there, this one was 1 year in the making, something that's been eluding me for months even though I've been working hard. So, hard work DOES pay off!

So gang I rescheduled my nutritionist appointment that I had to cancel back in July. Hoping this will help me get back on track. I need to get my head back into the right mind set. Just still finding it hard.1

Met up with an old friend today. Caught a movie and dinner. Brought half home. Still went over calories, but not as bad as it could have been. Rained most of the day, so I didn't get to my regular walk, but I did take the dogs to the park. I've been doing really well eating out, proud of myself!

It was been a long week. have been able to post much just a quick look everyday. I got more data on my phone so i can be more active in the group. It has been a learning crub the last couple of week since I have been back to work but with good meal planning it has been going good. I plan my day so I can get in at least 30 minutes of walking and some body wieght exercising. No loss this week but I am happy with that. Tomorrow is a day for cooking and getting meals ready and frozen for next week1

Ready for September, been stuck at 252 too long! With scale just once a week, I know it just hasn’t been stuck, but has actually been going up and down, while I was traveling and in a car so much. But I know if I was not tracking, and at least trying to make healthier choices, it would have stayed up. I am also sure that when I am tracking, there are a lot of hidden calories in restaurant meals that are not being tracked.
Last week, I neither played tennis or quilted, so I am not going to wait for September, starting now I am making healthier choices and living up to my name by playing tennis and quilting!
