I'm 5'7, on the left I was 210. I was all around unhealthy, and a constant binge eater. On the right is 4 months of a very strict eating and workout regiment. 168! And I'm not done yet!

Make sure to closely monitor sugar intake even if you are watching calorie intake. The effect sugar has on insulin level and fat isnt correlated with the amount of calories you are consuming.
