This sucks
I'm having trouble figuring out how many calories I should be taken in. I'm 156 and would like to get down to 130. I'm 41 years old and 5'3. I'm very active person. Lifting 3x a week, running 4 days a week with one day being 10+ miles. I'm currently taking in 1600 calories. I was starting to think that wasn't enough but…
