Yoga/ stretching
So I do yoga twice a week, i know it's not physically challenging and doesn't burn fat but I count it as exercise, however someone I know says that all I'm doing is stretching so it doesn't count as exercise at all. I just need some opinions on who's right and who's wrong in this one and why Thanks

Protein powder?
I've always been fascinated by protein powder but don't understand what or why I need it. Recently I brought a cook book and some recipes use protein powder in them. If someone could help explain when or why I need it in my diet if I even need it in my diet, it would be most appreciated Thanks

Missing exercise
Hi I'm just looking for some advice. For an entire month I have been exercising six days a week but today because I was a bit more anemic then usual I was unsuccessful in doing my usual weights routine.
