Missing exercise

Hi I'm just looking for some advice.
For an entire month I have been exercising six days a week but today because I was a bit more anemic then usual I was unsuccessful in doing my usual weights routine. Usually I never know what to do when this happens and wait till the beginning of the next month to redo my exercise. Since tomorrow was meant to be my rest day I don't know if I should do the routine tomorrow or leave it as another rest day because if I exercise tomorrow I will be exercising 7 days a week until my next official rest day.
I hope this makes sense to anyone and I hope you can help me
Thanks

Since you skipped because you were struggling with anemia, you should probably take your normal rest day, and then see how you feel the next day. Then, if you feel well enough, just keep going as if you didn't take the extra day.1

It's really up to you. If you work best with a rigid schedule, then stick to the plan. If not, wing it. ☺1
