Seen a weight doctor, adjusted my calories limit saturated fats, sodium…loss 20 pounds before Covid, gained 10 back and maintaining I am so frustrated, harder to lose weight at 67… any ideas encouragement?
I have gained weight hard on my replaced hips, cholesterol levels, and joint pain. Currently went back to a Doctor monitoring my lifestyle, food intake. Low saturated fat, low sodium and low calorie intake is helping with my weight loss.
Seems like getting blood work results gets me back to medical advice and using a food tracker which has helped in the past. I am 64 years old and would love some support.
