Back on the tracker

Seems like getting blood work results gets me back to medical advice and using a food tracker which has helped in the past. I am 64 years old and would love some support.

Hi Dremes. I know what you mean; it's hard to argue with blood tests and deny the reality revealed in the results. I got back on track last year and dropped 50 pounds -- I sure liked the change in my test results last time. Good luck! Keeping coming back; this is a great group for support.1
