Training for my Eighth NYC! Help me learn to eat??
That kind of says it all. Sunday Night, I did a 5 mile run. Monday Morning, I did a ~6.5 mile run. Then, I went to the gym for an hour. Had a WAY undersized protein shake (ummm....I forgot to add enough carbohydrates), and ended up napping all afternoon. Not great for my daily work routine. Can someone help me learn to…
