Training for my Eighth NYC! Help me learn to eat??

That kind of says it all.
Sunday Night, I did a 5 mile run.
Monday Morning, I did a ~6.5 mile run. Then, I went to the gym for an hour.
Had a WAY undersized protein shake (ummm....I forgot to add enough carbohydrates), and ended up napping all afternoon. Not great for my daily work routine.
Can someone help me learn to eat? Maybe even become my accountability partner in here?
