is it normal to experience an upset stomach starting out, im only on day two and im having a hard time staying motivated to keep going.
I'm starting the keto diet on the first. I think this is the first diet I can foresee myself being able to keep to. any advice would be greatly appreciated. I figure I can give it thirty days to see how it works for me. wish me luck
