I want to get started with a routine at home but it’s not easy working 2nd shift 3-4 days a week and getting home late. Is it better to do some cardio or weight training that night or the next morning or a combo of both? I also lack discipline like doing a morning routine and actually getting up to do it! Any help is…

Late night diabetic snacks
I work second shift and even when I don’t work I am up late a lot and I get hungry. But at the same time I don’t want to jack my sugar way up right before I go to bed. Suggestions?

Long time listener first time caller here lol. I was going to the gym but then summer vacation happened lol, school starts next week though. Any pointers for exercising through the day in the house or at work? I also need to increase flexibility.
