I tried search but did not find any detail on those doing Keto. I am now 2 months doing Keto, and am taking electrolytes vitamin D and Fish Oil supplements. But still getting dry eyes. I really notice it late in day and early evening. Any advise?
I have been in ketosis for over 2 months and my blood tests have been averaging 3.5 to 3.8 I did some online searching and found mixed answers. Anyone have some insight? And if this is too high, do I cut back on my current (70% fat ratio & 5% carb and 25% prot) 1200 cal a day? Thx
