Log all supposed lost calories or just those from registered exercise walks?
According to my phone app, I've walked 6,38km total today (3.9 miles) and I have supposedly lost 444 calories, which would be great to add to my food diary. However, only about 28 minutes (1,6 km) are registered as exercise (my active time is 78 mins total today). So do I only add the 1,6 km to my diary?
