Exercise suggestions with back pain/possible minor injury
The last two days I've had a sudden onset of pain in my middle to upper back. It's a sharp pain when I twist or jump. From everything I've read online, it's most likely a muscle sprain or strain. Workplace snacks
Anybody have any favorite snack suggestions for me to keep in my desk drawer? I like to keep a few 'emergency' snacks on hand in my office and I'm running low.
