Importance of cardio when loosing fat
Staying within my daily Marco and calorie goals which is putting me in a deficit of around 1000-2000 calories a day, working a physically demanding job and weights training 4-5 times a week, besides obvious reasons of heart and cardiovascular health what’s the importance of cardio when wanting to shred fat?

How accurate are fit bits?
I have quite a labour intensive job (commercial plumber) and if I add that in with 1 hour of exercise a day (7.5 hours of work) my fit bit will read:: It just seems a lot and I don’t feel as though I’ve burned 5000 calories as I’m only eating 2000 a day

Is there a right time to eat?
Is there any benefit going to bed on an empty stomach as opposed to going to bed feeling satisfied? What variables play a roll which can indicate what is best for you?
