Is there any benefit going to bed on an empty stomach as opposed to going to bed feeling satisfied? What variables play a roll which can indicate what is best for you?
My current situation:
Drop body weight percent by about 1-3%
2000 calories a day 40% proteins 30% fats 30% carbs
Work out HIIT 45 mins 4x weekly
moderate weightlifting 1hr x3 weekly
Can anyone advise?
