Im doing a 1300 diet plan but all i seem to be doing is gaining weight.
I weighted less before i downloaded this app. I am sick of putting on weight. Am i calculating my calories inaccurate? What am i doing wrong?

Stuck at my current weight.

I binged.
So the last 3 days I've been eating around 1000-1400 Cals and exercising. Which is great. But on saturday... well. I binged. I have last 6 pounds left to lose.
My goal weight is 100 Ibs. Im almost there. I don't want to lose after that. Any tips on maintaining my weight and not lose more? I'm 166cm/5'5, 105.2 pounds/47.7kg female 22 years of age.
