Was 16.7 now 11.6 and want to lose another 13lb
Hi, I have 13lb to go to target! I started in August 2017, lost the majority weight by May 2018, have remained the same weight until now but have been working on my fitness :) circuit training 4 times a week and running 5k twice a week. I do carb loading every third day. I eat about 1400kcals a day except carb loading days…
