Does the strength training not count???
Okay I'm still fairly new here but I have a question. I just did about 20 minutes of bodyweight strength training and logged that into mfp but it did not reflect on my home page. Do these not count towards calories burned? How do I know how many calories I burned if i do strength training if mfp does not log them?

How can I safely start intermittent fasting?
I'd like to try intermittent fasting if it's safe for me to do so. I normally don't eat after 6-7 pm but not always. I'm wondering if I do this every day will it help me with weightloss?

Workout before or after breakfast???
I'm starting my get back to my healthy me adventure and I've heard both sides; eat 30 minutes before workout is best. Workout before breakfast is best. How do I know what's best for me?
