Today was simple—a snowy hike in the morning for 30 min, then work, which is pretty physical. But usually I workout for for 30-40 min in add. to my walk which is anything from strength, cardio, or yoga. Love the Nike Training App!!!
How many calories do ya’ll eat a day? I eat a lot of calories and protein, but always seem to be hungry. Not looking to lose, just maintain/get toned. Also, does anybody do “cheat meals”?
