What workouts do you do

Today was simple—a snowy hike in the morning for 30 min, then work, which is pretty physical. But usually I workout for for 30-40 min in add. to my walk which is anything from strength, cardio, or yoga. Love the Nike Training App!!!

I hit the weight room a few times per week. I road cycle or mountain bike on most other days...and walk my dog.

I do cardio DVDs most mornings, sometimes with a step, sometimes incorporating dumbbells. I like to run on Sunday, I lift 2x/wk.

I start my mornings off with cardio...brisk walking, a walk at home workout, aerobics, jump rope, plyometrics.

A few evenings during the week I do strength training...lifting, bodyweight work, resistance bands, barre.

I add in stretching, yoga, Pilates, kettlebells, a fitness class occasionally etc. throughout the week.

I have Beachbody on Demand and I'm currently doing 21 Day Fix and LOVE it!! I didn't know how much I would like working out with hand weights until I joined BOD or how challenging these workouts can be. :)

Full body lifting 4x per week. That's about it right now. Usually there is a lot more walking and cardio in there.

Rowing, on water when I can, machine when (sigh) I must. Usually 4-6 days a week, depending on season, plus 2 days spin class. A little dabbling in other stuff (strength, core, outdoor cycling, swim, yoga, etc., but inconsistently for any of those).

Right now I'm doing classes at my gym which are mostly weights/cardio circuits, about 5 times per week, plus a 30 minute personal training session per week, and one hour-long pole class. I also usually aim to hit 9,000-10,000 steps a day.
