Question on rate of weight loss as you approach "ideal" weight
I'm 42 (F), 5 foot 9 inches. SW: 245 CW: 202 According to the online calculators my ideal weight range is somewhere between 130-169. Lifted on Friday. I went a little too heavy with leg stuff, and today I feel great, but the top of my left thigh is still a little sore. Should I do weights again anyway? Should I just go lighter?
