This seems like a lot. The most I seem to eat is 2200 a day. Before my workout it says to eat 2900. Anyone have some meal recommendations then can post so I can try to reach the goal for a week or two and see if it makes a difference?
I’ve been working out for about 15 years now. Only take breaks when I get injured buts it’s been a few years. My weight gain has been bad the last two years. I’m hoping this app and keeping track of what I eat will do the trick!
