Workout/Life Balance
So I work a lot, around 11-13 hours a day for Monday through Friday, and I work half that time on Sunday and Saturday. What are some tips you have when it comes to balancing your workout time and work time? What’s worked for you?

Shoulders & Arms or Shoulders then Arms?
Historically, I’ve always clumped shoulders and arms into one burgeoning workout, but recently I’m trying to give them their own individual days. Anyone here do something similar? How does that workout look? -Thanks
