Hello, my name is Kaila. I'm trying to lose some weight bc, one, my BMI is really high but I'm engaged and getting married in a year and I'd like to not be a plus sized bride, lol.
I make a lot of my own snacks at home and I have a granola bar recipe that I'm trying to figure out how to get in here w/o it calculating it as me eating the whole recipe. It makes 12 bars. Can someone help me with this?
