Well, this is my 2nd time to fitness pal, and I have lost 5 lbs so far. I am just starting my journey and excited. With the help of a great community, I know I can reach my weight loss goal
Well I am not going to say that I am on a diet. I am changing my nutritional habits. I've been watching what I'm eating trying to get in more exercise the best that I can and I've dropped 19 lb since September. I still have a lot to go but I'm on my journey
