I don't think there was hardly a time in my life that I was under 200 lb. But now that I'm getting older it's harder to lose weight. I'm glad that there is a site for those of us that are 200 lb and over and just trying to stay healthy

well I tried to do at least 3,000 steps a day. Now to some people that doesn't sound like a lot but with my degenerative disc disease in my back and arthritis in my knees I tell you 3000 steps sometimes I pay for it the next day. But I try the best that I can everyday and I think that that is good.

I would love to be a motivational buddy to anyone. We all need motivation and just someone to vent to when the day and nights are frustrating.
