Well, this is my 2nd time to fitness pal, and I have lost 5 lbs so far. I am just starting my journey and excited. With the help of a great community, I know I can reach my weight loss goal

well I tried to do at least 3,000 steps a day. Now to some people that doesn't sound like a lot but with my degenerative disc disease in my back and arthritis in my knees I tell you 3000 steps sometimes I pay for it the next day. But I try the best that I can everyday and I think that that is good.1
