Healthy alternative to Mayo for salads
I just made a macaroni salad that had a great sauce which is a healthy alternative to mayonnaise-based sauces. cholesterol levels -- statin or diet?

I am just wondering how much change I can expect and how fast with diet. I know it varries, but am just really wondering what other people's experience has been?
