Keto experts: I need clarification ...
So, Xg carbs are the LIMIT, Xg fat is the GOAL, and Xg protein is the GOAL? I tried keto before and I was confused on what to eat the most of in a day. I know fat is a main part but I wasn't sure if I am supposed to hit the max. I also know about 20g net carbs is the max but you can go under. Please clarify.

Does anyone just eat and estimate the calories?
Sometimes, I'll count the calories of a meal in my head and estimate the 1200 I'm supposed to have. I'm still seeing progress. Was wondering if others do that too. Instead of always logging it. It seems to take some of the anxiety away.

Sustainability with Mediterranean diet or other?
Do you have a diet that makes you feel good? A diet that you can make your lifestyle? What is it and why? For me, keto is so hard to get right. I always feel nauseous and miss fruit.
