Day 1, I know what to do to drop weight, I know what to eat and what not to, but as a night worker I struggle with eating the wrong things due to being tired, single parent to 3 kids means I cat nap for 2 hours a day while my son is in nursery, so any tips from anyone in a similar position would be very much appreciated xx
Started again yesterday, stuck indoors is so hard to keep on track. This app is Fab for journalling what I eat so it motivates me. Also I've joined the at home challenge, add me please to boot me in the right direction 😉
