Hi People I am trying to get some clairty here, i am on a highg fat diet at the moment getting my Macros to Carbohydrates 14 % 70 g Fat 68 % 150 g Protein 18 % 90 g when recording this through my fitness pal the readings read different from my phone to my pc has anyone else come accross this
Can some body help me please i calculated my daily macros that i needed to hit 53g carbs 213g protein 108g fat to which i have been working with this since monday and almost getting it right i just need to get a bit more protein.
