Can somebody help me please

Can some body help me please i calculated my daily macros that i needed to hit

53g carbs 213g protein 108g fat to which i have been working with this since monday and almost getting it right i just need to get a bit more protein. Anyway i have logged onto my fitness pal this morning and it is saying my allowance is way higher 197g carbs 52g fat 79g protein

can someone give me an insight please this has thrown me off balance

    53g carbs? Are you calculating macros for keto or some other low-carb eating regime?

    Knowing what calories and percentage ratios you started with will also help others help you.

    That said, MFP has auto-changed my ratios from time to time (I'm sure there's a reason for this that I haven't bothered to look up yet.) In those cases, I just go back in and change 'em back. Since January, it's only happened to me twice.

    That protein goal is crazy high. No wonder you aren't hitting it. Like @maltedtea asked, are you doing keto?

    If not, you need approximately 0.8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, 0.35 grams of fat, and you can fill the rest of your calories up with carbs.
