Meal replacement shakes
Does anyone drink any meal replacement shakes? I know lots of people are against them however I know they can create quite a deficit in the short term for weight loss. Does anyone else drink them? If so, how many per day and what kind?

Not sure how much to eat
Hello! I am 5’2, 161 lb (goal is around 120).. I obviously need to lose fat however I am doing LIIFT 4 and want to gain muscle. What is a realistic goal for daily calories to eat? 1200 calories
Hi all- just wondering if anyone else gets around 1200? I have mine set to 1260 (lose 1 lb) per week. I’m 5’2 and 165. I’m pretty inactive except for the two days I work each week and I am on foot all day. I do maybe 3 workouts (light) per week.
