Maybe you can have your doctor order some thyroid blood tests? that can affect your weight loss if it is sluggish

Herbalife gave me severe headaches every time I drank it. I liked the taste, but have also read many other people have had very severe liver damage from it. I'd be careful, however, when I did drink it years ago I lost weight quickly but was very hungry during the brief time I was on it.

Thanks.. I do use the site but I wasn’t sure if I should be eating my exercise calories back.. and also if losing fat while trying to build muscle affect the scale week to week. I’m new to lifting. I used to just go for weight loss but now I care more about strenfth and overall health so I am ok with a slower loss.

Thank you everyone! I don’t think 1200 is sustainable for me right now. If I’m too hungry I know I will quit! I changed to lightly active and lose 0.5 lb instead and it’s much more reasonable.
