I have stuck to 1200 cal around 100 carbs to 120 my sodium under 2300 because I had to go on high blood pressure pills I started at 144 pounds started to lose 2 pounds and now I’m back up to 146 I don’t understand I track everything. Maybe three times in the 5 to 6 weeks I’ve gone to 1500 cal
