Frustrated

I have stuck to 1200 cal around 100 carbs to 120 my sodium under 2300 because I had to go on high blood pressure pills I started at 144 pounds started to lose 2 pounds and now I’m back up to 146 I don’t understand I track everything. Maybe three times in the 5 to 6 weeks I’ve gone to 1500 cal

    In addition to going through the chart above.

    How tall are you, how active are you on a day-to-day basis? Are you weighing everything you eat? Are you measuring and logging every liquid including cooking oil? Are you checking that the database entries you're selecting are correct? How much are you trying to lose and what rate of weight loss have you selected?

    Get a food scale, weigh and log everything that passes your lips. No skipping, cheating, or forgetting. Do that for 4-6 weeks and see what happens.
