Motivation
I struggle with exercise. Any ideas how I can motivate myself? I do not enjoy exercise. I am lucky when working to complete 10,000 steps a day Monday-Friday so never felt the need. I have gained 7lbs during Lockdown and part of it will be moving less. 😱😱😱

Motivation
Hi everyone, I know weight can fluctuate and I have actually gained 3lbs in my first week. It will be water retention because I have looked and only been slightly over 1,200 calories per day. How do you keep motivated if you do not see the figures reducing on the scales? 😭😭😭
