Down 65 pounds and tendinitis isn't any better :(
So about 6 years ago I developed tendinitis in my left ankle. I weighed 265 at the time and my doctor said it would get better if I lost weight. I've lost 60 pounds so far, just through cutting down portions, lessening junk and moving more. I'm ready to get serious and lose the last 75 pounds (I'm at 205 now).
