So I have a question? I have been doing firewood ( lifting,splitting,lugging and stacking) I do this for hours at a time. How can I track this as my workout? I have a I watch and I tried putting the exercise on other workout but I’m not sure it converts to mfp. Any help with this would be great.
Was out kayaking for 2 hrs today, and then later this evening I took the dogs out for a mile and half run.
I have no clue how to use this app.
I am totally counting firewood as my workout today! Does anyone else count hard outside work as exercise?
Feeling so excited to be going kayaking with my sister today. If someone would have told me 10 years ago I would be kayaking and running on the treadmill every day I would have laughed at them. My success is strong!! My determination is fierce! From 420 pounds to 180 this girl is on fire!
Hi, I am new to the app and I don’t know how it works with an iwatch. I am not sure how to log some of my movements like firewood and kayaking, any suggestions on how to track them?
