I'm using the free app. So after losing weight do you lower your daily calories? And if so how do you do it? According to to bmi chart I should be around 180lbs for not being over weight…
Do you enter everything separate for a salad or is there a universal salad option to enter? My salad includes lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots and always changes.
