I’ll be 49 yo in 6 days and although I play tennis 4 - 5 days a week, my weight loss is at a standstill. I weigh 204 lb. Started working out with a new trainer this a.m. in addition to tennis. I’d love to be in better shape at 50 than 49 YO.
