So over the past couple of weeks I’ve been training For the defence forces (army) and I’ve been especially running and I’ve seen a lot of progress, so I really struggled to even run 3-4km at one stage and in the space of 3-4 weeks I’m up to 12km now I struggle and just about get it. Just a quick question
Ok so my question is if my calorie intake goal a day is 2,200 and I go on a run and I burn say 400 calories would I then eat 2,600? Like my plan is to gain more muscle and kinda shred down so lose body fat so what should I do?
