  • The hardest part of any run is getting up and doing it, but once you get out and get running you feel fantastic, it’s just a great feeling, then when you finish the run you feel on top of the world!, everyone has their bad days and lazy days but just push yourself to do it and you’ll feel great!

  • No I never ran up hill, I did do some calf stretches which might have done it, I also swapped my running shoes about two weeks ago to Nike Pegasus 37s so I could also just be getting used to them. I’m just going to rest today and try stay off my feet then go on a jog tomorrow and see how I get on I’ll keep you posted…
